In home or video call consultation to go over the project, discuss any pain points in the space and what you're hoping to accomplish, answer any questions and share inspiration.
Will come to your home to take detailed measurements and photos of the room(s), provide a furniture space plan with dimensions and options for layouts, as well as, review any existing furniture and decor you might already have.
Design a concept board with workable links to furniture, art, accessories and lighting. I will usually include more than one concept and will include product pricing variations.
Once we finalize the design scheme, the ordering begins. I do most of the ordering through my trade accounts and online retailers and shop locally for accessories and decor when I can.
I collab with contractors and subs when necessary to ensure the vision is implemented, as well as coordinate furniture deliveries and oversee installations.
Typically about 20% of the total furniture budget
Requires a $1000 deposit which is applied to your first invoice
For people who don't need a Full-Service Designer, but still want a professionally designed home.
Intended for clients who have some existing pieces of furniture, but feel that the room could use some enhancements to elevate its look and flow. I will work through concepting your design, layout, furniture and sample selection, create a detailed room board with all the sourced items and purchase links, which are then purchased by you and on your timeline.
A design immersion meeting to talk about the space and your vision. Including an assessment of the room and design challenge or areas to approve. While I'm there, I will take pictures and measurements of the room(s) to create a detailed furniture space plan. The plan will include recommendations for furniture, art, accessories and lighting, as well as, suggestions where to shop both locally and online. Finally, I will offer styling advice on how to bring it together cohesively.
Starting at $1500 flat fee per room
Requires a $500 deposit which is applied to your first invoice
Complete design and set up of vacation homes to get them ready for prime time. Can be any or all of the below.
Choose and arrange furniture that maximizes the space, accommodates guests comfortably, and reflects the overall style and theme of the vacation home. With factors such as durability, ease of maintenance, and suitability for the rental environment in mind.
Equip the kitchen with all the essential items needed for guests to prepare and enjoy meals during their stay. This includes cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, serveware, table settings and small appliances including coffee/tea stations.
Provide high-quality bedding and linens for all beds and bathrooms in the home. Ensure that there are enough sets to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the property and that the linens are comfortable, durable, and easy to care for.
Add decorative touches and accessories to enhance the ambiance of the home and make it feel inviting and welcoming. This may include artwork, throw pillows, rugs, plants, and other decorative items that complement the overall design scheme.
Staging and styling key areas such as the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and outdoor spaces to highlight the property's features and amenities to get them photo ready. I will also set up and oversee the photoshoot.
